Image uploads (Custom case designer)
You must ensure that all images uploaded or submitted to casesite.com are either owned by you or you own the correct license for their reproduction in print. Images must comply with the terms and conditions of use on casestaiton.com. It is your responsibility (as the customer) to obtain the correct image usage rights for any images supplied to CASE SITE. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that images do not infringe a third party owner’s copyrights, trademarks or any intellectual property laws. If we believe an image to be in breach of copyright law we will first contact you to provide us with evidence that you hold the correct license for the image. If this is not provided we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide you with a full refund. CASE SITE cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any breach of copyright concerning material and artwork supplied by the customer and it is the customer’s responsibility to take every reasonable action to ensure no breach of copyright exists. CASE SITE reserves the right to refuse any custom case order we find to be offensive.
